Value Stream LeaderLocation: Maryland Heights, MOJob Type: Full-time, on-siteSalary: $55,000 plus 10% annual incentive opportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Value Stream Leader to oversee production operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality products on time. This role is responsible for managing people, improving processes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources across the production floor.You will lead front-line teams, partner with materials and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement efforts that directly impact performance and customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoTeam Leadership and DevelopmentLead and develop assembly leads and production team membersManage staffing, performance, and daily production activitiesSupport training and skill development through structured progression programsProduction OperationsOversee daily production through area leads to meet output and delivery goalsAdjust staffing and resources to address schedule changes and meet demandEnsure on-time shipments and efficient product flowCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with materials and scheduling teams to optimize production and inventory levelsSupport development of material handling and production processesAct as the main contact for scheduling and payroll systems within productionContinuous ImprovementLead and support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wasteUse data to identify root causes and implement solutionsHelp the organization adapt as it grows and evolvesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment2+ years of leadership experienceStrong communication skills and ability to lead through influenceProven problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issuesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience using data to drive decisions and improve performanceStrong collaboration skills across departmentsExperience in continuous improvement environmentsTechnical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookWork EnvironmentCombination of production floor and office workExposure to a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levelsStanding, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be requiredFlexible hours may be needed to support production schedulesTravelOccasional local travel may be requiredWhy Join UsLead a critical part of the operation with direct impact on performanceOpportunity to build and develop a high-performing teamHands-on role with visibility across production, materials, and leadershipEnvironment focused on continuous improvement and growthEqual Opportunity EmployerEngineered Corrosion Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
