This role goes beyond demand generation; it involves translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding B2B SaaS marketing leader with a proven track record in a high-growth environment, capable of leading a team of 20+ and driving strategic projects for the company. Applicants for the Global VP Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms. The role demands a master of at least three marketing functions, including product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand. The candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a servant leadership style, and experience in rebranding or renaming. Fluency in English is essential, and enthusiasm for the company's working environment is a must.
