Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day & Night Shifts

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for both day (6AM-6PM) and night (6PM-6AM) shifts at our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Simpsonville, SC.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll play a critical role in providing care, structure, and support to youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines)
• Monitoring and engaging with individuals throughout your shift
• Implementing behavioral and therapeutic interventions
• Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Documenting behaviors, activities, and incidents accurately
• Collaborating with clinical, medical, and operations teams
• Participating in recreational and community-based activities

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Ability to stay engaged, alert, and responsive throughout shift
• Basic computer skills

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)
• Rotating schedule: work only 7 days every 14 days
