Implement strict quality control measures and safety standards across all work areas. Resolve real-time technical challenges and logistical issues to prevent project delays. Maintain professional communication with clients and supervisors to ensure project transparency. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a carpenter, painter, and plasterer within a commercial environment. Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage job site activities effectively. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for regional travel. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor. Proficiency in problem-solving and time-management for fast-paced construction timelines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in high-end residential or complex commercial renovations. Formal knowledge of OSHA safety standards and field implementation.
