Accounts Receivable Specialist

Malena Produce is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team.This positionis responsible forinvoicing, credit memos, payment application, and customer collections. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately andtimely Create and process credit memos Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances Resolve billing discrepancies andmaintainaccuraterecords Communicate with customers and internal teamsregardingaccount issues Qualifications: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Accounts receivable or general accounting experience preferred Produce industry experience a plus, but notrequired Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Excel and accounting systems Education: High school diplomarequired Accounting coursework or degree preferred Malena Produce offers a stable work environment and opportunities to grow within the organization.
