Technical Business Analyst

The Technology Business Analyst will play a central role in coordinating delivery across this enterprise organizations' data transformation programs. Focused on agile practices and program-level alignment, this individual will partner with Product Owners and technical leads to manage dependencies, support release planning, and drive accountability across multiple squads. Success in this role requires strong facilitation skills, delivery management expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams. Description Serve as the Agile Lead across multiple squads, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum and Agile practices. Coordinate dependencies and enablers across squads and with external stakeholders. Act as delivery manager, ensuring predictable delivery through release planning and progress tracking. Identify and remove impediments to delivery at the team and program level. Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement. Measure and monitor delivery team’s process efficiency and velocity. Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree Minimum 4 years related experience Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager Experience supporting multiple agile teams within a program Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent) is a plus Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence or other agile software a plus Fundamental understanding of technical terminology, preferably experience in data program delivery.
