Inbound Sales Associate

Inbound Sales Associate: $18-$26 effective rate (hourly + commission)

We are looking for full time representatives that have the willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field. One of our main duties is to support the stores, so we are looking for candidates with an open and flexible schedule. Our Call Center also serves as an initial training center to learn the business and prepare you to transfer into a Sales/Service Advisor position in our stores!

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all customers while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service customer service values. Recommend services that meet or exceed the manufacture’s recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs. 

Duties include sales and service related functions such as assessing customer automotive needs, selling products and services which satisfy both customer needs and company goals, generating invoices, receiving and transferring inventory, filling out required paperwork, as well as following company policies and procedures. To carry out these functions, it is necessary for the Inbound Sales Representative to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers.

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience is recommended but not required
• Results oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional appearance, attitude and absolute dependability
• Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possession of a valid Driver's license and a driving record with no more than 2 points as reported on DMV K4 report.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of tires and automotive services would be advantageous for someone new to this role.
