Role Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, soliciting subcontractor and supplier pricing, and supporting project bidding efforts. We specialize in a full range of services, including commercial and residential paving, maintenance and repair, slurry/micro sealing, crack seal and sealcoating, milling, and grading projects. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions Work closely with project managers and field teams Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years estimating experience Minimum of five (5) years general construction experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software Excellent communication and time-management skills Competitive pay and benefits offered.
