You will prepare, maintain, and file annual reports, sales reporting, business licenses, and sales and use tax documentation. Throughout the week, you will prepare and record accounts payable transactions, facilitate rent payments, and maintain positive relationships with property managers and landlords. You will record journal entries, maintain organized supporting documentation for audits and internal reporting, and reconcile general ledger accounts to support a smooth and timely month-end close process.
