Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HVAC Installer to handle installations of all types of residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the field, be knowledgeable about industry standards, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, and heat pumps
• Ensure installations meet all company standards, code requirements, and customer specifications.
• Perform start-up and testing to confirm the system operates correctly.
• Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and assist customers.
