Pharmacy Coordinator

Job Title

Location: 100% Remote – Candidates MUST live on the EST side of KY

Duration: 11 weeks (Temporary contract ONLY)

Shift: M-F 8-5 PM, NO OT

Responsibilities

Assist in closing quality care gaps related to pharmacy.
Coordinate between members, providers, and pharmacies to increase medication adherence.
Engage with members and pharmacies over the phone to coordinate medication fills.
Utilize and manipulate spreadsheets to identify members to call and track progress.
Review daily call lists and contact members based on medication adherence priority.
Discuss medication adherence with reachable members and encourage medication fills.
Document each call outcome, including member reachability and call success, on spreadsheets.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Pharmacy Technician licensure
Minimum 2 years of experience
Comfortable speaking to members and pharmacies about medications

Preferred Skills

Strong communication skills
Medication knowledge
Experience in pharmacy
