Agentic AI Coding Expert for Model Training

Role Overview

Help train next generation AI systems by applying practical technical expertise to agentic AI workflows. You will work with autonomous coding agents and AI powered development tools, contributing real world input that improves how models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Use autonomous AI coding agents to execute and document complex software engineering and technical workflows.
• Plan, implement, debug, and refactor code with AI agents, providing clear rationale and detailed feedback on results.
• Evaluate AI generated code for errors, hallucinations, and improvement opportunities.
• Compare outputs from multiple AI systems and document findings on reasoning quality and coding performance.
• Create best practices and process documentation for effective, reproducible AI agent workflows.
• Provide practical feedback on agentic development environments, coding assistants, and automation tools.
• Complete practical exercises demonstrating hands on familiarity with AI powered technical tasks used in modern workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in delegating multi step technical tasks to AI systems and iteratively improving the results.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI collaboration patterns, and evaluation of AI generated outputs.
• Experience with AI agent workflows, autonomous AI coding agents, code refactoring, AI coding assistants, and AI generated code evaluation.
• Background in software engineering, DevOps, data science, machine learning engineering, or technical automation.
• Familiarity with agentic development environments and AI coding assistants such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini CLI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, especially for documenting workflows and providing actionable feedback.
• Experience comparing, testing, or reviewing multiple AI powered development tools and systems.
• Prior AI experience is not required; relevant domain knowledge is valued.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $70 to $126 per hour.
