Travel Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to support cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures at a high-acuity hospital setting. The role involves working closely with physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile field for cardiac procedures
• Assist physicians during:
  • Cardiac catheterization
  • Stent placement and interventions
• Monitor patient vitals and hemodynamics during procedures
• Operate imaging and cardiovascular equipment
• Function in multiple roles:
  • Scrub
  • Circulator
  • Monitor/documentation
• Ensure accurate documentation and equipment readiness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS Certification
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) required/preferred
• COVID vaccination (completed series required)
