Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 8 hours per shift, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.
• Loads and unloads common carrier and company vehicles.
• Prepares customer orders for shipment via UPS/LTL, including processing shipment paperwork.
• Verifies merchandise accuracy, applies postage tape, and fills out BOL information for LTL shipments.
• Uses warehouse management systems and scanners to pick orders and organize received materials.

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to organize tasks.
