• Provide professional admin and phone support in a collaborative team setting.

• Attention to detail, organization, and phone skills.

• Moderate Microsoft Excel proficiency (filtering, sorting, data handling).

• Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Document & Folder Management: Create and maintain client folders following company naming conventions and nomenclature. Audit signed commitment letters and ancillary documents to ensure strict compliance with operational policies.
• Lease Support & Internal Memos: Prepare internal memos for lease schedules, document credit requirements, and log follow-up items. Assist Lease Specialists with schedule documentation and deal tracking.
• System Setup & Data Entry: Set up new customers in internal systems and update logs regularly to track deal volume and timelines.
• Vendor & Account Operations: Place Purchase Orders with vendor partners, assist with vendor onboarding (including ACH detail collection), and maintain active insurance certificates.
• Financial & Compliance Tasks: Prepare UCC filings, initiate check requests, engage with Accounts Payable for payment disbursements, and assist with basic account reconciliations.
• Communication & Admin: Handle day-to-day phone calls and emails promptly, assist with general filing, and contribute to special administrative projects as assigned.
