Join Our Team as an Experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician

Battletown Animal Clinic, located in Berryville, VA, is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a full-service veterinary hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional care for pets while creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide small animal care and veterinary assisting services
- Monitor anesthesia and ensure safe practices
- Perform dental prophylaxis and IV catheterization
- Assist with animal care, preventive care, and client education
- Administer medications, conduct discharge planning, and triage patients
Required Skills:
- Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician
- Experience with anesthesia, and medication administration
- Proficient in dental prophylaxis, IV catheterization, and surgery
- Ability to perform venipuncture, X-rays, and other patient care duties
- Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods of time
