Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and leadership ability

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will oversee residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish. You will lead installation crews, coordinate job site activities, ensure projects are completed safely and according to code, and maintain Spectrum AC's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include installing and replacing split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, package units, rooftop units, ductwork, and complete HVAC systems; interpreting blueprints and technical specifications; troubleshooting installation challenges; and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams. You will also play an important role in mentoring apprentices and developing the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of residential HVAC installation experience with demonstrated leadership ability
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, change-outs, and system replacements
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring installation teams
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
