Food & Beverage Associate
Assist the Food and Beverage team in providing excellent customer service and fulfilling the customer needs efficiently and timely. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Key responsibilities include maintaining concessions and grill assets, giving excellent customer service, maintaining a clean, sanitary environment, proper use of equipment, operating a POS system, managing and maintaining daily cost of sales, cash control and inventory, providing F&B Manager with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis.
Qualifications required include ability to work multiple shifts when assigned, self-motivation, reliable transportation, outstanding customer service, ability to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member, ability and willingness to learn and be responsible for new tasks as assigned, ability to be held accountable, strong communication skills, excellent service attitude, must be able to work in a team environment, SERV Safe Certification recommended.
Working conditions include ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
