Bilingual Medical Receptionist

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and check-in patients and visitors upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
Offer assistance to patients, answering their inquiries and directing them as needed.
Distribute necessary forms and paperwork, meticulously reviewing them to ensure all required information is completed accurately.
Collect patient co-pays and provide financial assistance when necessary.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Manage inventory of essential office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring our medical office presents a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a certificate program in the medical field is preferred.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly experience with ECW, is a plus.
4+ years of experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a relevant role.
Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate and assist patients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse patient population.
