Remote: CT hours

Project: Supporting areas in clinical (Medicaid), trying to make member experience better. This role is classic data science: What is the data telling us? Build algorithms, processes, present to clients. They have a tool they are using (Abel) - no previous experience is needed with Abel. Tool does a lot of the math and exploratory analysis for them. Abel does most of the heavy lifting on the technical side for them. These candidates MUST have the ability to communicate and work with business partners

Interview Schedule:

• 2 rounds of interviews. Maybe 3 if they can't make a decision. Wants to start interviewing this week.
• 1st IV will be light technically but more critical thinking, communication skills, ability to work in discomfort
• 2nd IV will be technical lead by Ross - a data scientist on the team

Must Haves:

• Excellent communication, will be working in a team environment so needs to be a collaborator
• Work quickly and gain insights quickly
• Python
• Machine Learning

Nice to Haves:

• Data Engineering
• Software Engineer background

Required Skills: Intermediate ML concept knowledge and background - DT, ensemble methods, Neural Networks, SVM, Clustering, Association Rules. Intermediate knowledge of EDA - Ability to develop ML from standard libraries (Sklearn, XGBoost, Keras, H2O, etc.) as well as create custom model architectures (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
