Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

Manage the manufacturing process of cable assemblies and harnesses with a hands on approach.
Oversee the production process.
Ensure that production follows appropriate workflow and assembly methods, making it cost effective.
Meet manufacturing performance and quality goals.
Hire, schedule and train production staff.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of ISO 9001 AND WHMA 620.
Minimum of four years management experience in production/manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership qualities.
Goal oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
