Action Health Staffing seeks a Staffing Coordinator to support healthcare and home care placements across North Carolina. In this role, you will schedule nurses, CNAs, and home health aides, matching caregiver skills and availability with client needs in hospitals, clinics, and home settings. You’ll manage shift requests, confirm assignments, maintain accurate records, and support onboarding and compliance.
