Job Details: Job Location: Pioneer Bank Mapleton - Mapleton, MN 56065; Position Type: Part Time; Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 hourly. Pioneer Bank is searching for a high energy, passionate individual to join our Retail Services Team in the Mapleton Branch! In this position you will provide an extraordinary customer experience as you welcome, assist and build relationships with all customers while fulfilling their financial needs. You are the positive face of our organization, bringing energy, passion and a problem‑solving attitude with each customer interaction. Important day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash recycler. Strengthen relationships with customers by making eye contact, greeting them by name, researching necessary information and assisting them with all questions in person and on the phone. Ensure the privacy of customer information and educate customers on ways to protect themselves. Serve as a trusted resource for all customers.
