Location: Burr Ridge, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Flexible hours (5:30 AM-4:00 PM) | Some Saturdays as needed

As a Precision Grinder at Bronson & Bratton, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw materials into high-performance components. You'll work from blueprints, operate specialized grinding equipment, and inspect finished products to exacting standards-your precision helps power innovation across multiple industries.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Precision Grinder OR equivalent technical education
Proficiency in blueprint reading and using measurement tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to set up, indicate, and grind a wide range of products to exact tolerances
