Candidate Requirements BLA or higher from a US-based accredited college landscape architecture program 6+ years of experience at a professional design firm Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship of an H-1B visa Responsibilities Leading Project Design and Documentation Process(es) + Project Teams Client Relationship Management Management of Project Procurement and Contracting Assistance with and/or Writing Pre-Project Proposals for Client Review Skills Experience with Client Relationship Management Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite Preferred experience with LandFX, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, 3D modeling & rendering software, hand graphics Construction Observation Assistance or Direct Experience preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Location: Houston, TX Salary: $90,000 - $106,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
