Paid time off and paid holidays available./ph3Description/h3pstrongAbout The Role/strong/ppThe production service team ensures customer issues are addressed to the customers satisfaction in a timely manner in accordance with Cavco warranties and commitments. Ensuring ongoing customer loyalty and brand support is a key driver of production service team success./ppThe Field Service Technician resolves customer issues on site at times identifying and addressing the defect issues themselves within Cavcos warranties and commitments. Technician will assist customers with understanding their product purchase. This role may work independently or under direct supervision executing specific process steps under continuous quality review and coaching as needed./ppstrongEssential Duties Responsibilities/strong/pulliInstalls and repairs Cavco products, and performs on-site post-installation repair, calibration, and maintenance as scheduled or required, applying knowledge of general home repairs./liliChecks work orders and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for completion of repair assignment./liliDiscusses assignment with customer or customers representative the work order and repairs necessary./liliConducts routine preventative maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules./liliEnsures that Cavco products meet defined specifications/liliWork closely with factory management, service and parts department to ensure a seamless customer service experience. Start to finish of all homeowner service and dealership repairs following the company mission and principles./liliMay train customers in operation of equipment and assist with helping the customer obtain non factory warranty service.
