Join our dynamic team at 1 Riverside Plaza, Columbus, OH, as an SCPFO Procurement Analyst. Play a pivotal part in supporting strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives within the supply chain function. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive data-backed decision-making, and streamline analytical processes to deliver optimal procurement outcomes. This onsite position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in procurement analysis while interacting with business partners and contributing to organizational efficiency.

[Responsibilities]

- Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to inform supplier and market strategies
- Research and analyze spend data and prior contracts to assist contract negotiations
- Develop and utilize models for pricing and total cost of ownership
- Build and maintain reports that streamline analytical processes
- Support bid analysis and sourcing strategy development
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to supply chain and business partners
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Service Center, and business partners to resolve issues and drive process improvements
- May lead or direct less complex sourcing activities as assigned

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field, or 4 years relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or procurement experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in data collection, spend analytics, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

[Preferred Skills]

- Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos platforms
- Experience with demand planning and risk analysis
- Advanced skills in report building and use of analytical models
