Job Summary Position Title: Associate. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. Sales & Performance: Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and meeting sales targets. Operational Excellence: Contribute to daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and adhere to store policies and procedures. Additional Duties: Perform other duties and projects as required. Qualifications Experience: Proven retail or similar experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. Customer‑Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Reliability and a strong work ethic. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Tech‑Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements Availability: Set weekly availability covering mornings, days, and nights in line with business needs; must work on weekends and holidays as required. Punctuality: Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies. Language: Clear spoken, reading, and writing English; basic math proficiency in English for business tasks and sales reports. Age: Must be at least 18 years old (16‑year‑olds may be eligible in selected states). Physical Demands Prolonged standing (4–14 hours daily). Repetitive stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and lifting (5–25 lbs regularly; occasional heavier weights). Use of ladders or stairs to stock merchandise. Good vision, including color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail environment. Compensation Store Associate pay range: $21.65 per hour. Eligible for the company 401K plan.
