Revit Technician

Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage 3D architectural models and 2D construction packages using Revit.
• Coordinate digital models with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to spot and fix clashes.
• Create custom Revit components (families) and maintain office template standards.
• Update drawings based on redlines, design revisions, client feedback, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Review technical details to make sure designs comply with local building regulations and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's in architecture preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Effective team experience working with multiple team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
