We can offer training and certification but you must be an experienced diesel technician./ph3Benefits/h3ulliMedical Plan/liliDental Plan/liliVision Plan/liliPaid Vacation/liliRX Coverage/lili401(K) Plan with Employer Match/liliCompany-paid life insurance/liliShort-Term Disability coverage/liliCompany-logo business apparel/liliUniforms and Company-paid uniform maintenance/li/ulh3Responsibilities for our Refrigeration / Reefer Tech/h3ulliProvide technical service to vehicles and equipment./liliRead job orders, observe and listen to vehicles in operation to resolve malfunction, and plan work procedures./liliFollow checklists ensuring all critical parts are examined./liliExamine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed./liliTest-drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly./liliTag all warranty parts and returns them to the warranty clerk./liliAttend training classes and keep tabs on factory technical bulletins./liliDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness./liliProperly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by the supervisor./liliComplete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures./liliParticipate in, and utilize to the best of ones abilities, technical training as assigned by management./liliMaintain your designated workspace in an organized and clean manner./liliEnsure guest vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to being serviced./liliShow the utmost courtesy to all guests, visitors, and dealership personnel./liliMake every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management./liliAdhere to the manufacturers policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time, and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications./liliAny other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and or management./li/ulh3Qualifications for our Refrigeration / Reefer Tech/h3ulliReefer experience and 604, 607 608 Certifications or an experienced Diesel technician willing to get certified/liliTeammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team/liliSelf-motivated and professional/liliMust be able to work independently/li/ulpEEO M/F/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
