Pay & Benefits

• ND: $312/hr (Minot, ND)
• TX: Hendrick Medical Center: $300/hr + paid travel; Longview FSED: $325/hr
• NM: $275/hr (holiday and travel pay available)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care across diverse patient populations (adults & pediatrics)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acutely ill and injured patients
• Manage Trauma cases (Levels II & III) and coordinate with specialty services
• Perform procedures such as intubation, airway management, and stabilization
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems (Cerner, Epic, MedHost, Allscripts)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and support staff
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
• Assist during invasive procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Active medical license in the state of practice (ND, TX, NM)
• Certification in ACLS, PALS, ATLS (as applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• ABEM or BEEM certification
• Experience working in Trauma Level II or III centers
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
