Belong to a place where you matter and can make a difference.What you will do:The Performance Marketing Analyst will use data, reporting, and market insights to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across SECU's marketing channels. This role partners with marketing, digital, product, and business intelligence teams to analyze campaign results, improve member acquisition and engagement, and provide clear recommendations that help drive measurable business outcomes. The Performance Marketing Analyst adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.A day in your life might include:Campaign Performance & OptimizationAnalyze performance across paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital campaignsDevelop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and member growthProvide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns in-flight and post-campaignData Analysis & InsightsTranslate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholdersIdentify trends in member behavior, competitive landscape, segmentation, and lifecycle stagesConduct A/B testing and incrementality analysis to measure true impactAttribution & MeasurementSupport development of multi-touch attribution models and marketing mix insightsEvaluate channel performance and budget allocation efficiencyPartner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate tracking and taggingMember & Market InsightsAnalyze member acquisition, retention, and product usage trendsSupport segmentation strategies for personalized marketing effortsConduct competitive and market analysis within the financial services landscapeReporting & CommunicationBuild executive-ready reports and presentations that tell a clear storyPresent findings and strategic recommendations to marketing leadershipContinuously improve reporting processes and data visualization standardsAdditional tasks may be assigned as necessaryEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field requiredAt least 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or performance marketingExperience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email platforms, etc.)Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metricsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong writing and communication skillsStrong business acumenStrong organization skills with keen attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasksAbility to work independently with a strong sense of self-accountabilityDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environmentPhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsCompensation Information: Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please Note: The budgeted salary range for this position is $75k - $85k/yr. Salary: Min. $73,800– Mid-point. $95,500.
