Veterinary Technician - Cardiology

Join our Cardiology Specialty Team as a Licensed Veterinary Technician or Senior Assistant, supporting advanced cardiac diagnostics, treatments, and patient monitoring in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting with advanced cardiac imaging such as echocardiograms and ECGs/telemetry Performing Holter monitor placement and managing related equipment Capturing diagnostic thoracic radiographs and interpreting positioning Supporting history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic triage for cardiac cases Administering and monitoring cardiac medications Supporting placement and retrieval of cardiac catheters and troubleshooting equipment Assisting veterinarians during complex procedures Communicating effectively with pet owners regarding diagnostics and care Performing blood work, sample collection, and basic patient care tasks Qualifications And Skills Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant Interest or experience in Cardiology or specialty care Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ultrasound, endoscopy, and veterinary software is a plus Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented approach to veterinary care This role offers opportunities for professional development in a supportive workplace, with competitive pay and benefits.
