The pay is simple, and every piece of it is built to add up in your favor. Most of our full-time cleaners work around 40 hours a week and take home $720 to $1,000 and up in wages, and they keep 100 percent of their tips on top of that. Here's how the rest of it works. $500 HIRING BONUS $250 after 30 days $250 after 90 days HOW THE PAY WORKS Start at $17 an hour. Prove yourself and the raises follow. Every home has a set number of hours. You get paid those hours whether you finish ahead of schedule or not. Keep 100 percent of your tips. Many cleaners bring home $100 to $200 and up a week in tips alone. Paid drive time between every home. Weekly direct deposit. TIME OFF AND BENEFITS No nights. No weekends. THE TEAM YOU'LL CLEAN WITH You work alongside a partner on almost every job, not solo house after house. You'll see the same families week after week, homes where they know your name and are glad you're the one who showed up. One day a week you come into the office, then you and your team are back out on the road doing what you do best. Snacks and drinks stocked in the office for the team. We have fun together outside of work too. This year there's a beach cleanup, the Halloween 5K, and the Christmas parade on the calendar, all optional and all a good time. A crew that genuinely likes working together, which is why so many of our cleaners stay with us for years. The ability to pass a background check. Authorization to work in the United States. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. WE TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. We provide paid training, paid ISSA certification, and ongoing coaching, so you're set up to do the job right and grow into more when you're ready.
