About the Position

Location: Reston, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• 15 Labor, Delivery, Recovery rooms with 3 dedicated ORs and 4-bay PACU
• High-acuity Labor & Delivery unit with Level III NICU support
• Advanced OB procedures including cesarean sections, epidurals, spinals, cerclage, and version
• Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN
• Floating within Women's and Children's service line only
• Hospital-provided scrubs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state eligibility)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate
• Experience in fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
• Proficiency with IV drips including magnesium sulfate and high-acuity patient care
• Ability to circulate cesarean sections; scrub role experience helpful
