100% inbound. No cold calling, prospecting or lead gen. Every call is someone who already picked up the phone and dialed because they need a tax attorney. Your only job is to close.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound consultations with people facing IRS and state tax problems.
• Diagnose the situation, present a resolution path, walk them through fees, close the retainer.
• Handle objections and build urgency without pressure tactics.
• Follow up on warm prospects until they convert or die.
• Log interactions in CRM. Every call, every note, every outcome. Keep it clean.
• Hit your numbers. Conversion rate, revenue, customer service and compliance are how we keep score.

Who You Are

You are someone who’s been on the phones, closed real deals, and can prove it. No tax experience required.

• 2+ years of proven and demonstrable closings of inbound consultative sales - legal, insurance, financial services, home services, healthcare. Any environment where the caller has a real problem and a real price tag.
• Comfortable talking money. Fees run $4K-$25K+.
• High EQ. Callers are dealing with garnishments, levies, and years of avoidance. You meet them where they are and move them forward.
• Process-driven. You follow the playbook, document in the CRM, and run a clean pipeline.
• Competitive. You know your numbers and you want to be on top.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
