Director of Sales Job Details:

• Hours – Monday - Friday 830am-5pm
• Pay – $80,000 per year plus bonus plan
• Location – Caretta Eau Claire WI

Director of Sales Responsibilities:

• Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches.
• Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately.
• Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Director of Sales Qualifications:

• Solid experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in senior living or healthcare industries.
