An established, physician-led interventional pain management practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its growing multidisciplinary team in Louisville, Kentucky .

This is a full-time opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care through advanced interventional techniques in a supportive private practice setting.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans
• Perform fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures, including:
  • Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbosacral)
  • Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation
  • Discography
  • Spinal cord stimulation procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize outcomes
• Focus on reducing reliance on long-term pain medication through procedural care

• Structured hands-on training program for interventional techniques
• Exposure to advanced spine and pain management procedures
• Strong emphasis on evidence-based, protocol-driven care

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Minimal after-hours call rotation

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Background in Anesthesiology and/or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Experience or strong interest in spine-focused pain care
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to ethical, collaborative practice
