Job Description

Join our client’s team in Archdale, NC, as a Warehouse Clerk. In this role, you will support receiving, storing, and material pulling processes to keep production areas supplied and operating efficiently. You will maintain accurate inventory records and locations, pull picklists, complete documentation, and operate material handling equipment as needed. SAP experience is required. This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who values accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and pull parts/materials to support production areas.
• Keep accurate records, counts, and locations of parts; maintain an organized work area.
• Pull picklists and complete DRs; ensure materials are pulled in advance and ready for assembly.
• Pull and stock various materials and supplies as needed.
• Perform some inspection activities and interpret drawings written in English.
• Use measuring instruments and/or equipment such as scales and pallet jacks.
• Obtain forklift certification and safely operate forklifts.
• Pick up and move trash, recycling, and corrugated materials as required.
• Complete sub-assembly and rework tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• SAP experience required.
• Computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to keep accurate records, counts, and part locations.
• Must maintain Lean Lift accuracy of 95% or above.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret a variety of drawings written in English.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and/or equipment such as scales and pallet jacks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate forklifts.

Physical and Educational Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb a rolling ladder.
• Overtime availability on Fridays as required.

The base pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
