Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require extra support
• Help implement educational plans tailored to students’ needs
• Support teachers with grading, materials preparation, and supervision
• Encourage and motivate students throughout daily activities
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all learners
