Associate Brand Manager Location: Keller TX Company: Turn 14 Powersports Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday Work Arrangement: Onsite Position OverviewTurn 14 Powersports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of strategies that drive brand growth and enhance market perception. This role will assist in analyzing market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform brand positioning and product Associate Brand Manager will collaborate with internal teams vendors distributors dealers and advertising partners to support marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence within the Powersports industry. This role will contribute to the creation of marketing materials including press releases artwork digital media retail packaging concepts and in-store displays while also helping track and report brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Essential Job FunctionsAssist in developing and implementing strategies that support brand growth within the competitive Powersports and analyze information on competitors consumer trends and shopping behaviors to help guide brand and marketing the creation of marketing materials such as press releases artwork and digital or print content to build brand awareness and track brand performance using key metrics and contribute ideas for improving efforts to meet profit goals maintain project schedules and manage marketing activities within established in organizing and coordinating product launches promotions and events for the Powersports to retail packaging concepts and in-store marketing displays that enhance brand visibility and with advertising agencies and internal teams to help execute marketing build and maintain partnerships and affiliations that strengthen the brands presence within the Powersports regularly with vendors distributors and dealers to collect feedback that supports product and marketing other duties as assigned. RequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.13 years of experience in marketing sales brand management or a related role within the Powersports industry or a comparable consumer understanding of market research competitor analysis and trend teamwork communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail in both planning and with graphic design tools and data reporting is a in or hands-on experience with Powersports products or market segments equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Knowledge Skills & AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with graphic design tools and experience preparing written reports is a written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical understanding of Powersports market segments or a willingness to interpersonal and presentation attention to detail and time management and organizational thinker with an interest in contributing to innovative marketing ideas and and courteous demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a team working in a dynamic fast-paced and diverse mindset with the ability to interpret data and assist in evaluating marketing performance.
