Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to support clients and deliver a high-quality travel experience. This role focuses on assisting customers with travel-related questions, coordinating details, and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding travel requests and questions
Provide guidance on travel options, timelines, and next steps
Assist with reservation coordination and follow-up communication
Ensure accuracy of client information and travel details
Maintain organized records of client interactions
Follow company policies and service standards
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred
Basic computer and internet skills required
Interest in travel is beneficial
