Digital Copy Consultant

Employment Type: Freelance / Ongoing Consultant Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Flexible — Hybrid or Remote Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Copy Consultant to provide immediate, hands-on support for digital content and brand storytelling. This freelance engagement will focus on creating compelling, conversion-minded copy across key digital channels while helping maintain a consistent, distinctive brand voice. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented copywriter with deep skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer brand experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing partners to translate business priorities into polished, audience-focused communications. What You’ll Do Develop digital marketing copy for websites, e-commerce experiences, social channels, paid media, marketplace listings, and other customer touchpoints. Maintain and evolve a clear, compelling brand voice across digital communications. Partner with brand marketing, e-commerce, marketplace, and performance marketing stakeholders on campaigns and product initiatives. Create persuasive copy that supports product launches, customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Translate marketing briefs and business goals into cohesive copy strategies and final deliverables. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Provide strategic copy guidance as the organization evaluates its longer-term content needs. What You’ll Bring 5–6 years of relevant copywriting experience at a manager, senior copywriter, or senior individual contributor level. Demonstrated experience writing for skincare, beauty, wellness, or a related consumer brand category. Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone and messaging across digital channels. Experience producing copy for e-commerce, website content, social media, paid advertising, and marketplace platforms. A strong understanding of customer journeys, digital conversion principles, and brand-building communications. Excellent collaboration and project-management skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. The ability to start quickly, manage competing priorities independently, and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
