Job Duties Manage daily store and fuel station operations Supervise, train, and schedule employees Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and merchandise displays Monitor fuel levels and coordinate fuel deliveries Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies Monitor sales, expenses, and labor costs Open and close the store and secure the facility Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Grocery/Food Service experience, doesn’t have to be convenient store Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Convivence Store Manager.
