Finance Analyst

Responsibilities Invoice Review & Processing: Audit project-related invoices, subcontractor invoice and applications, and service orders for mathematical accuracy Project Financial Analysis & Cost Control: Monitor budget versus actuals, identifying potential cost overruns Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Operations to review project financial performance Reporting & Analytics: Maintain reporting on contractor disputes, project cost variances, and realized savings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, construction finance, project controls, contract administration, procurement, or cost analysis High level of independent work ethics and integrity Excellent analytical and communication skills Industry knowledge of construction and service is preferred Accounting knowledge, US GAAP Knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project accounting and financial analysis, with a strong focus on budget monitoring, cost control, and reporting.
