Established Civil Litigation Defense Firm Seeking Litigation Defense Attorney - Philadelphia, PA / Pittsburgh, PA / New York, NY / South Jersey, NJA well-established civil litigation defense firm with decades of experience and offices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York is seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to join their team across multiple office locations. This Attorney would have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: general liability defense, insurance coverage, and/or workers' compensation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied and complex defense caseload within a collaborative and highly regarded multi-practice defense firm.Offer:$100,000 - $160,000 base salary, contingent on experience, practice focus, and locationPerformance-based bonus structureHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planHybrid remote flexibilityQualifications:Litigation experience in one or more of the following: general liability defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, or workers' compensation defenseStrong litigation skills including depositions, discovery, and motion practiceActive Bar license in the applicable state(s) and in good standingJuris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolResponsibilities:Managing a defense caseload across general liability, coverage, and/or workers' compensation mattersConducting depositions, legal research, and drafting motions and pleadingsRepresenting clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediationsAdvising clients on litigation strategy, coverage positions, and risk exposureCollaborating with partners and senior attorneys across practice groupsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
