What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor molding machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, and production specifications.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict medical device standards.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe workplace.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain compliance with company policies and quality requirements.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or related experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset

Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus

Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and Good Documentation Practices is preferred
Available Shifts
1st Shift

Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)
6:00 AM - 2:20 PM
2nd Shift

Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)
2:00 PM - 10:20 PM
3rd Shift

Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)
10:00 PM - 6:20 AM
Includes 4 weeks of paid training on 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
