Configuration Analyst I (Contractor)

*Description*

Responsibilities include configuring 40+ devices, including cellular routers, firewalls, Layer 2/3 switches, access points (APs), and UPS systems, to optimize services at client sites. This role involves managing device software configurations using CLI and GUI, testing Fortinet/Meraki/CradlePoint/Aruba devices for functionality, evaluating network equipment issues, and providing hands-on support or processing RMAs. Additionally, the position entails conflict resolution through support tickets and collaboration with technicians to address equipment installation and configuration problems, while also assisting customers.
