This is a fantastic opportunity for a Roofing Sales Estimator or Project Manager looking to join an industry leading construction company in Minnesota. You will be integral within this highly productive function, managing the full lifecycle of roofing projects from initial customer contact through initial contact and project closeout.

This Minnesota-based organization is one of the most reputable contractors in the state, navigating the next stages of their growth and development. They are now looking to recruit additional Estimators / Salespeople to support their continued success.

This role focuses on reading plans, specifications, identifying issues and seeing projects through to completion.

The Role:

• Identify, estimate and run projects through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with General Superintendent and identify potential issues / cost-saving opportunities.
• Up to $100,000 Base Salary, Profit Sharing, Healthcare, PTO + more

The Person:

• Construction Estimation experience
• Familiarity with Bids, Sales Project Management processes
• Motivated to progress your career and impact the long-term trajectory of a company
