Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Full-Time | Epworth Villa
Starting Pay: $16.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Current Openings

12-Hour Day Shift

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Earn More Through Our Clinical Excellence Incentive Program

Eligible CNAs can earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting program standards.

To Qualify

• Maintain reliable attendance
• Avoid unauthorized overtime
• Take all required meal breaks
• Complete daily check-in requirements
• Stay current on assigned training
• Follow parking and workplace policies
• Remain free of corrective action during the qualifying period

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNA, you'll help residents remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Supporting mobility, comfort, and overall well-being
• Responding promptly to resident requests and needs
• Communicating resident concerns and changes to the nursing team
• Helping create a clean, welcoming, and safe living environment
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Following established care plans and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current Oklahoma CNA certification
• Current American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Genuine desire to serve and care for older adults
